Its Northstar Emergency service 1-800-783-9118 ext 266 is the number it tells you to call, collection agency for a medical bill I assume, calling for someone who doesn't live here!
It is an attempt to collect a debt. Ours was for an emergency room visit. At first I got a woman whose primary language was obviously not English.
