Who called from 4053390018

Apparently there was a guy named mike on the other end.  He says he is calling on behalf of Allstate to reduce my rates.  I did inform him he is soliciting via my cell phone and I am on the do-not-call list.  He proceeded to try and ask me about my insurance.  To which I replied, I just want you to stop calling me.  I agree with above that the wait time is long on the call back and the music is awful.  Please follow my lead and report to FTC.  He is not supposed to solicit cell phones.

If you ask them why your car seems to hit stuff when your drunk, they will leave you alone.

This number called, had no caller identification other than the number, left no message. BTW, I am not in Oklahoma.

This number calls me at least 2 times a day.  I finally held and lived through the awful music and told the person who answered not to call me anymore - that I am on the do not call list.   Don't know if this will work or not, but I am looking for a way to report them to the FTC

Received a call 20 mins ago.  Pretty sure they have called before.  Left no message.  How do I get them removed?
