ID says Tuttle OK. called back got automated telemarketing message "you are getting a $100 rebate press 1 to receive press 2 to be placed on our Do Not Call List"
I am already on the Do Not Call List. as they have not identified themselves can simply turn in the number to the FTC, but there is a chance it may have been through spoofing software.
note: I learned recently Verizon users can report this stuff by calling in and requesting the "legal department" for domestic telemarketing and scam calls. My provider does not have this but hoping it helps others. I put them on my block list/[***] caller list.

Just received the call I answered and they immediately hung up so I called it back and it said I recently went to a website and put my phone number in and I won a $100 reward card press 1 to receive the reward card or 2 to be put on the do not call list.
Just remember people it is ILLEGAL for a telemarketer to call your cell phone! Inform them that they called your cell and you're going to turn them into the Oklahoma state attorney general. They will not call back. I worked for a telemarketer years ago and I had to know the laws for telemarketing. Its also illegal for them to call your home phone if its on the do not call registry.
