You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep it or not before further billing would occur on your credit card that they use to charge the activation fee. They operate out of Florida, even though the caller ID indicates a local call. It was interesting to see how many times that they would go back to the "and what card would like to charge the $3.89 to?" My brother asked me why I would talk so long to someone like that. I replied that for someone that is retired, it had good entertainment value. I wonder how many people they get who will give a complete stranger over the phone their credit card number?
