I get calls from this number about 5 times a week and don't answer it because I have no idea who it is... they have never left a message so it makes me believe that its scam crap... so, I will block now since no one here seems to know who it is either...

The pre-recorded female voice started her speech saying something like this is regards to your credit card. Then said it's "urgent that you call us to lower your interest rate." First of all, thats a lie: It's not urgent. Secondly, what interest rate? How would they know anything about my interest rate, they arent my credit card company. They're a fraud. This call is a scam.
just called my cell and it was the credit card lowering interest thing but I should never have answered it cause when you answer they know it is a live number. It is terrible when you can't even answer your phones anymore, we have a home business so I always run a risk of missing a customer
