Who called from 4053841398

I have been getting calls from this number too. No clue who it is.

Got a call at 10:32 this morning

WE KEP GETTING THE CALL THEY JUST HANG UP WHO IS THIS

Keep receiving several calls from this number, but no messages are left.  I just called the number back and a recording answered revealing the calls are coming from "Millennium Financial Group", a collection agency.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF MAKING A PHONE CALL AND THEN HANGING UP WHEN SOMEONE ANSWERS?

I JUST WANT TO KNOW.  CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHY THEY DO THIS?

MILLENIUM FINANCIAL HAS NO BUSINESS CALLING ME, FOR COLLECTION, OR ANY REASON.
