Not sure who this is, but it's the second time this number has popped up on my cell phone. Both times they never left a message. All I could find on line was that it was an Oklahoma number out of Shawnee. Nothing else. ??? I sure wish people would leave a message when they call. :-/
Even odder! ??? I called the number back. After one ring a lady answered & in a sleepy sounding voice said, “Hello? I’m sorry I have the wrong number.” And then hung up! What the heck is this?
I am really starting to think this is some kind of a scam or something!
The first time I called the number back, I called from my work phone. That was when the “sleepy” lady answered with a “sorry I have the wrong number” and hung up on me.
I was still thinking about this so I called the number back from my cell phone and a Jim Cooper answered the phone with a “Hello is this XXXXXX?” My name. I said yes and tried to ask him who he was and what this was about, what company he was with or what have you. He just kept on talking. “Yeah an associate of mine called you about your pay pal account, hold on one moment while I transfer you.”
I hung up. I do have a pay pal account. I hardly ever use it and it’s funded from my bank account so there is no “outstanding balance” or debt due on it.
