Who called from 4054021647

This number left the following voicemail on my cellphone:
"We can get you to the dentist immediately. Please call me back at 815.605.1547 again that's 815-605-1547. Thanks."

I called the number, and someone answered and asked if I wanted dental insurance.  I told him I had dental insurance and didn't want to hear from them again.  He hung up.  Maybe at least this one will stop caling.

Received a call from this number.  Answered the call but no one responded to my hello.
