Received a call on my cell phone from this number. I called it back got an answering machine with a garbled staticky sound. So I hung up. A woman immediately called back who sounded Asian and asked me a question that I couldn't understand because it was in a foreign language. I told her to speak English because I didn't understand her. She repeated the question, I then told her that I couldn't understand her to speak English. She repeated it again in the foreign language and I told her I don't understand you, do not call me again.
