Well after I red everything, I got something different. A recorder said This an important message from T mobile for Jose Mendoza if you are Jose Mendoza press one if you are not Jose Mendoza press two. I just hang up. This is so weird.
Just saw that someone tried to call me on my cellphone from this number about 40 minutes ago. There was no message left. When I called from my home number, it was a recording (guy with possibly a British accent) saying this is a travel related call and if you want to be removed from their database, you can. I ended up hanging up because I did not know where I was calling and if it was in the US.
