Who called from 4054172388

Rang my cellphone.  No one answered me when I picked up.  Hung up on me.

I, too, received the same call.  They left no message; when I tried to return it, Verizon told me the number was bad and could not be redialed.

Called that number back using Google Voice to disguise my call. Google dialed 1-313-438-8407. I was confused, so queried Google Voice, and found Google dialed the *actual* number the call came from. So 405-417-2388 actually originated from 313-438-8407. This number is constantly *busy*.

Calle Cell. Blocked caller. Heard elsewhere its card services to lower my interest rates.  Ugh.

"Sarah" from "Consumer services" calling about lowering my interest rates on my credit card. Recording + not saying my name = fraud or scam.
