it happened to me today, 4054190400 called on my cell twice. the first time it rang once and then it stopped, the second time i picked up and the other person hung up. When i tried to call back it says the number is not allowed. anyone know what's going on?
these are the numbers that are showing up and it is aggravating! is there a way to block the numbers?
