Have repeatedly asked to be removed from the OBI call list, but they do not honor the request. I've told them that I don't vote for politicians that call my house and I refuse to donate again until they change their call practices.
Oklahoma Blood Institute...and I don't think anything can get you off their list. Maybe next time I'll tell them I'm an intravenous drug user. Anyone think that will do it?
I have told them numerous times to lose my number and quit calling me. Even when I was pregnant and told them I wouldn't be donating, they called me at least 20 times. Last time they called, I said I didn't want to donate. The rep kept hounding me asking if I had a reason I wasn't donating and that I need to think of those in need. I don't need that crap from them.
Haven't donated in 2 years, I have common A+ blood type, they still call several times a week. Harassing people is not a way to get people to donate something that you will turn around and sell for hundreds of dollars per unit. As they say in Shark Tank... I'm Out!
