Who called from 4054210767

Says they're with the Oklahoma Chiefs of Police, but they are a scam company that only gives maybe 10% to the organization. Scam [***].

I don't  answer them.  I think they are just trying to find out time if someone answers the phone and probably
sell the information.  I don't answer anything that doesn't give a name as to is calling.
