If this doesn't work for you, get yourself a Panasonic phone system that blocks 250 numbers. A system with 3 handsets is about $100. Check Amazon.com for one. A nice feature is when the fûçk heads call back, there is no ring to irritate you. We are a sick society if we keep on accepting these insulting intrusions.
Not gonna be bothered ! Just block the number I get sick of these calls everyone seems to have your phone number what happened to the days of unlisted numbers some of these calls are just plain HARASSMENT !
Call came in at 8:15 pm. I never answer numbers I don't recognize. They left no message, so I blocked the number. (Needed a new landline phone about a year ago and bought a Panasonic that can block up to 250 numbers. There's tremendous satisfaction in blocking the number after a call like this has disturbed my peace and quiet. Once blocked, that number never rings again.)
Received a call from them today mid afternoon. Answered, the man identified on whose behalf he was calling. The he made a statement similar to the above. Each time i answered, there was a response, then a long "pause." it was then i realized this was a recorded message, set up to answer questions & to respond to the answers with another statement/question. Yes, they're looking for money and i'm not buying!
They've called once before & i answered the one question survey mentioned above & now they are tenacious & won't go away!
