I received the same call today about inspections at the request of residents on our street. I told her this was BS and she was a liar. No one had called them about an inspection and she was a peddler trying to make a dime with a telephone call. She might as well be selling pencils on the street corner. She became belligerent, which is what I wanted. After a few exchanges, she hung up. I will file a complaint since I am on the no call list for these bottom feeders.
There is heavy breathing and a sound like a child crying after being slapped. Then there is wild screaming like a howler monkey. I get called at late hours, while I am trying to sleep.
