Do u know who it is?

They keep calling me but never leave a message so i don't know who this is.

Its some kind of newspaper subscription service. If you call back, you will get a machine and you can follow instructions to get your number removed from the calling list

This number keeps calling and I want them to stop. Each time i pick up the phone they hang up. I don't know who it is.

Get a phone with caller block.  Best feature on the phone.  Mine holds up to 30.  When you reach your limit of blocked calls, clean them out and start over.
