Just received a call from this number. No voicemail. More than likely spam.

Claim to be a charity, and are quick to tell you they are exempt from the Do Not Call List.  Don't like scammers who game the system, pretend to be a charity, and then maybe give 1% of their ill gotten gains to an actual charity.  They bought a sucker list and looking to cash in.
