I had a missed call from this number. I went to call it back, and it said my call will be recorded for insurance purposes, then it hung up. I say a spam call. Next time they call back, I'm gonna let my two year old niece answer.
Unless they are able to verify your identity and as the person owing the debt; Fair Debt Collections states they cannot leave a voicemail or info with any other person.
