I keep get calls from 405-463-1570 and I will not answer if I do not know who it is from

They have been calling my cell phone about three times a day for the past week.  I answered once, but no one was on the other line, I only heard a soft beep before it hung up (I'm guessing it was a messed up robocall).  My phone number is on the Do Not Call Registry.

This number is listed as one of many numbers for Pinnacle Financial Group, a collection agency. They are a huge company and employ a multitude of people. It is therefore reasonable to assume that your experience with them if you dare talk to them will vary widely depending on their attitude, day of the week, etc., as well as yours.
