I just discovered this in my Google Voice spam folder, they've apparently called mycell number 8 times in the last month and managed to leave a message once.
Google voice message:
[cut off]Communications at (646) 461-7631 to discuss telemarketing Arthur's in your area.
I played it and it sounded like he might have said 'telemarketing opportunities in your area'
Another time there was a woman's voice saying hello several times.

This number has called me 10 times in the last few days. I do not know them and they never leave a message. I am on the national no-call list. I will be reporting this number.
