I keep getting these text messaged and don't know who or what they are

I have a safelink track phone and I keep getting these texts, I copied and pasted and googled it and it showed me your post. Idk what it is either but I have no minutes on my phone right now, so I
though it was a service Txt

Me too. I have safelink. I'm assuming it has to do with their company.

I have gotten the same text and I have a tracphone as well, what the hell is going on this is the second one since I've owned the phone, is it a hack or a police tap or what?
