Received this call on my cell phone on 2/24/2015: Hi, this is Rachel with credit card processing services. There is nothing wrong with your credit card but this is the last call we will make to you to offer you the opportunity to lower your credit card interest rates. Press 9 to speak to a live operator." The message was a recording and I have received my last call several times. I believe this to be a scam.
