Called and hung up when I answered. I called back and got put on hold as my call is "very important to them and you will be placed with the next available agent."
Phone rang. I answered as soon as possible. Message said-hail storm. No verbal message. When I answered, they hung up. Since I have severe physical disabilities, this is very hard on me. Please put a stop to these calls.
