He called saying he got my number off my license plate and he worked at the DMV. He stated that I cut him off downtown yesterday. I wasn't near downtown in weeks and my cell number is not on any DMV paperwork. Then started yelling and me saying not to interupt him. Which is when I hung up. I got worried for a few mins if he had my address but now I see by the other posts that it's just a disturbed individual.
