Hung up when I answered. Called back from caller ID as I've been expecting a call from mowing service and this was local area code. I just got a message to press 2 to be removed from list - no identification, other options or message. Suspicious.
Gentleman claiming he represented charity for fallen LEO's. When I explained that I never open my wallet to any organization that initiates a contact over the phone, especially when they mask their identity; he went into a long winded explanation about how he gets the same calls. Since he would not allow me to get another word into the conversation, I call blocked him in mid sentence. You know, you try to be nice to people, and they just want to walk all over you. If they had a profit motive, why would they be wasting their time on me? Harassment or fraud, you tell me.
