405-516-6551 Calls hesitates then hangs up.

Called on 06/17/10. When I called back I got a recording that stated the number was disconnected.

Got the same thing today (3/20/2012)

Got a call from this number @8:40pm, 11/06/2012, when I answered, I said hello twice, got no response...  My caller ID said it was from 'Oklahoma City', when I called it back, I got a recording that said, "Oklahoma City, this number has been temporarily disconnected"...
