Got a call from this number at 5:20 am this morning. They didn’t leave a message on the machine. I suspect it’s being “spoofed” by someone outside the US with little knowledge of our time zones.
It is a "tag on long distance trunk" for Oklahoma State agencies -- Meaning it can be from a great variety of State Offices. If a State phone or fax has a block on Caller ID on their line, this is the number that will show up. THIS IS PER OSF (Oklahoma Office of State Finance - Centrex phone communication division)
I received a call from this number, hit ignore and they called right back. The second time they left a voicemail. It was from the Oklahoma Accountancy Board-a legitimate call for me. Seems this is a generic number used for multiple Oklahoma State related calls.
I think it's a "ghost number" that can be one of several state agencies. When they called me today, it was the Oklahoma Corporations Commission calling me back regarding a complaint I had filed against OG&E (Oklahoma Gas & Electric) over some things they didnt' do right regarding my electric services.
