Who called from 4055367379

Repeated calls. and when we answer they just sit there and do not talk.

Caller ID showed "Oklahoma".  No reply.  They just hung up.

I had someone call from that number. When I answered I heard a deep voice mumbling/whispering and the caller hung up immediately. I tried calling back but I got a message saying the number was temporarily disconnected.

My caller ID says "Oklahoma". They have called twice this week in the evening when I was out. I have no idea what this is about.
