Impact Mediation is a fraud. They called my sister in law twice leaving messages for me so I called them back to find out who they were and to get to the bottom of why they were harassing her. They proceeded to say they were attempting to collect on a payday loan I took out in 2012. Thing is I have never taken out a payday loan in my life. I spoke with both Monica Bell and Matthew Chase. Ironic that it's the same two people calling that others have reported in different states. Matthew proceeded to tell me they were going to 'hit my pocket book' and collect from my employer. When I began stating the law, in which he was breaking, he got huffy. When I said I needed to see a signature he said my email address was used as a signature. WHAT????? No loan company of any kind is going to issue you a loan based off of your email address!! How stupid!! When I went on about the law he said, "Sounds like you know your stuff." And hung up on me. They called from 405-561-0043 and again their names are Matthew Chase and Monica Bell, supposedly. I filed a police report with the local police and I encourage everyone who receives calls from this company to do the same. At one point the company was being run out of a home in Florida.
