I have recieved several calls in November 2014 from this number. Did not answer. Wonder who they are?

I received a call from this number. The caller ID said Norman Oklahoma,  They hung up on my answering machine without leaving a message.

Requesting to discuss a "Personal Business Matter", would not say what company they were with... Phishing.

called back on another number they answered the phone "Financial Group, how may I help you?".

Just received a phone call from this number and they said they had personal business matter to discuss
