Who called from 4055868995

I have a Id app. When this number called me my phone screen area turned red and said do not answer.

I'm getting calls from all over from different numbers with the same message, male and female voices.

Feb 7, 2017 - Received on my work desk phone a call from this number. I was away from my desk but did a google search on the number and found this page...

This number keeps calling with no caller id except the number of 1-405-586-8995. No message left on voice mail and no ans were when called or texted.
