2nd call from this number, but no one responds after saying "hello"

Received a call, left no message.

"Emily" calling to inform me that I had stayed at one of their resorts in the past (did not say what resort/company) and that I qualify for something - that's when I hung up.

Called me and I didn't answer.  Probably a scammer since they were not on my contact list.
