When I return the call the line is either busy or continues to ring without reaching a person or voicemail.

It'd be lovely if they stopped calling me.

Internet search suggests this phone number belongs to a Barney J Bell in Oklahoma City. If its a wrong number I understand, but they need to stop calling.
