Says she's Susan Martin, calling to assist me with my AT&T Invoice for {my business name}.  Hmmmm, trouble is, my AT&T invoice is NOT in the business name!  Gotcha Susan!  Better luck with your next call.

Said she was At&T and wanted to remove line charges off my account.  Yeah sure.

Female caller stated she's in the AT&T corporate discount department and "they" told her to remove line charges.
