Yep, it's them, using a new number. They call simultaneously on two lines and if their patterns hold as in the past, they'll call every hour or so for a few days on both lines. I think this is called harassment.
I've been recieving these phone calls for some time now. I just called total merchants services they have had serveral phone calls about this number they informed me it is not them calling they do not make out going phone calls. It is a scam. the number i called is 1-888-848-6825 ext. 9400 there customer service. She informed i am the third caller today about this number.
Just another of the 1000's of fake "Lower your credit card interest rate" SCAMMERS. They can't even tell you who they are calling or what credit card you have. They are phishing for your personal information and credit card numbers.
