This goes to a Google voice number. The system asks for your name to connect you.

This number rings every hour all day, I don't answer

CID is OKLAHOMA CITY OK.  Two calls this week.  I answered the 2nd one today. It was a recording with a male voice talking against smoking and ending by saying to press 1 to connect with some senator or representative so-and-so (I don't remember the name) and I hung up at that point.
