Who called from 4056944653

I recieved a call from this number at 4 a.m.  I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize and the other end did not leave a message.  When I called the number back I get a recording stating "this is a trouble related call and we will get back to you.  press 1 if you want to add your number to the do not call list."

Got a call yesterday from this number on my cell, and some guy rattled off a bunch of Spanish and then hung up.

No message here, either.

I got a call from this number about 8PM PST. I did not answer because I did not recognize the number; caller did not leave a message. Apparently, the area code traces back to Oklahoma, and encompasses area of OK City, Norma, and Edmond. Needless to say, I don't know anyone there.

Call was left at night at 8:10PM Pacific. The party left a blank voicemail message of 9 seconds.
