received call, id says it is access mlp operator in okc. their actual number is a 935 prefix and a legit business. ccalled the number and it says has been changed or disconected. that was 8/20. called today and it was disconnected. that number called me back, was very staticy and i believe i heard a mans voice in the background and then went dead. called back and it was that funny busy signal. google lists as a cingular wireless service. going to cal access now.
