Who called from 4057007660

Calls lets it ring twice than hangs up, called back and said it was a non working number

I've gotten the same thing when I tried to find out who this was. They've called my phone 5 x. I finally blocked the number.

same here. 3 calls/day. If i figure out how to block a number i'm definitely blocking this one.

I finally answered it and it was from Cox Communications responding to a referral.  It would have been nice if they had left me a message one of the many times they had called.
