Called my cell phone, which is on the Do Not Call Registry, and wanted to talk about an extended warranty on my Ford Focus. I told her I didn't own a Ford Focus and have never owned a Ford Focus. She hung up.
caller asked if I could hear them. I said yes. They repeated quested. I said yes. They asked if this was My husbands address I said yes. They hung up. I tried to call the number back. The response was this number is but a working number. How can I stop these calls?
I just got this call. I just laugh when the phone rings. If everyone would quit answering calls to unknown numbers these morons might stop calling. Don't answer the phone if you don't know who it is. Some of these calls are looking for working numbers so they can sell their list.
Scam. I have had several calls, not only from this number but they also use other numbers. If you tell them you are checking the number, they will hang up.
