That number belongs to NCS  (national credit solutions)  here in oklahoma city.  A scum ball 3rd party collections company.   They are not accredited with the BBB and have a notation on their BBB file as an ALERT for their business practices!.   They have been sued by the AG in Montana,  Kansas, and Tennessee.  All for unethical collections practices.  They will sue you to collect on a bill that your great grand father didn't pay just after WW I.   SOL means nothing to them.   When you drive past their building,  you can smell a strong gasping  stenge odor coming from them.  Make them Validate,  in writing everything including their Shoe sizes before you talk with them,  in fact you will be miles ahead by not even talking to them.  We in Okc consider them an embarassment to all of us....
