I subscribe,they have been hounding me as the annual term is nearing and they're probably afraid I'll go with another `provider' - Wonder why your appraiser's fees seem high? This is just the start of what we pay yearly to operate our little `shops' - Yep, that's $1100 plus annually just for the software! 3rd party database fees, errors/omissions insurance, licensing, mandatory continuing education and association dues ... xtra ;]
I still think its a great gig, alot of work but well worth it - I get paid to `cruise' thru our local mountains and my time is my own - Never did 9-5 very well and HATE timeclocks - yahooo!!!!
Yes, calls often and no message. It is a SCAM, Web Site service trying to get Realtors to do their own web site. You can register your office or mobile number under DO NOT CALL Registry and report them when they call.
They keep calling me and I have requested to be removed twice. I am going to find out how to complain about telemarketers. These are cold calls and I do not live in OK...
