This is definitely a scam, called me from 405-754-5395.  They would not leave a message, the third call from them they asked for me but I told them they had the wrong number.  Phone number goes to Xyant Technologies, never heard of them.  They must have gotten my phone number from Monster.com.  A legitimate and professional organization calling to set up a job interview will leave a message for a call back.  "Phishing"
