Who called from 4057595381

I received 2 calls from this #. First one at 7 pm, the next at 4:30 am. I didn't answer either one, nobody should be calling at 4:30 am

I got a call from this number at 1:20 AM on a Sunday.  I answered it, but heard nothing on the other end (not even background sound).

Had my phone on silent so I missed the call. No message left. I assume it's nonsense.
