Who called from 4057782098

Call and left a message that I am going to be sued.

I am not the person they keep trying to call. The person they are attempting to call is being threatened with a law suit. It sounds like what they are doing is illegal. When I called back, the call rep screamed in my ear telling me to hold. They did not identify who they were or what company they represent.

I received the same call too saying I would be sued.  When I tried to find out who they were (they said GMA) and what they do they hung up on me.

80 yr old family member got a call from this number, the call was for another family member not in residence, the message said the following "Your name, social security number at this phone number have been used for fraudulent activity and this matter has been brought against your name in this area?....very strange...can not find the company address.
