Lady asked to speak to an employee by name.  As soon as I told her to give me a second to look her up the lady ask me if she is still with our company.  I told her I don't know and to give me a second to look her up, then I'll be able to answer her question, but she just hangs up as soon as I said that.  Pretty rude.
