I didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up. The voicemail was a recorded voice which had a very heavy accent. The message was only partial - all I could make out was "receive these calls again press 1". Also, this was received on my work phone.
I got the same type of message. Not sure if it was male or female. I can't say that it was Arabic...sounded like it came out of the Necronomicon or something.
Lots of static and this recorded message in a male African sounding voice: "Now you can listen to radio from Ghana, free on your cell phone." I hung up at that point.
