I also received this call from this phone number. She said she was Kathy and asked to speak to me. I would not confirm who I was but asked what company she was with. She said CSII. I hung up the phone and googled who CSII was but could not confirm the company right away so I googled the number and came upon this. thanks everyone for commenting on this number, it was a big help and I assumed it was a bill collector but was unsure since this was a new number.
