This 405-896-2262 called my home today, twice, at 2:35pm and 2:56pm. Caller ID said "Care Manager". No Voice Mail was left. I am unable to find info about this number, except that it is a VoIP number provided by Level 3 Communications somewhere in Oklahoma. It is SPAM to me, and could be SCAM!
